Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the CN Tower website and purchasing tickets or services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Ticket Purchase and Use

General Terms

  • All ticket sales are subject to availability
  • Tickets are non-transferable
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes
  • A valid ticket is required for admission
  • Children 2 and under receive complimentary admission

Timed Admission

All tickets feature timed admission. Your ticket is valid for entry within the specified time window (typically 30 minutes). Arriving outside your time slot may result in denied entry or extended wait times.

Admission Requirements

Entry to the CN Tower requires:

  • Valid ticket or confirmation
  • Photo identification for all ticket holders
  • Compliance with security screening procedures
  • Agreement to follow all safety rules

Prohibited Items and Conduct

The following items are not permitted:

  • Large bags and backpacks
  • Tripods and selfie sticks
  • Professional camera equipment (without approval)
  • Drones
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Outside food and beverages

Health and Safety

Visitors must comply with all health and safety regulations. The CN Tower reserves the right to deny entry or remove any person who poses a safety risk or fails to follow staff instructions.

Weather and Operational Changes

The CN Tower operates in all weather conditions. However, certain areas may close temporarily due to severe weather. No refunds are provided for weather-related closures or reduced visibility.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CN Tower shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your visit or use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
